First the younger then the older sister went to library school. Now we are the Librarian Sisters. We are CJ Wong and Karen Woodworth-Roman. We both attended the University of Illinois Graduate School of Library and Information Science. CJ graduated in January 2001 and Karen graduated in May of 2004. This page shows off our banner ads for some of our web sites. Sorry that altogether they are a bit flashy!
CJ has a zine called Organic Family Magazine. The first issue is out now and the second issue will be out soon. She is a Science Librarian and also creator of ScienceLibrarian.com.

Karen is helping with Organic Family Magazine, too. Karen has a web site called Librarians.info. That's Librarians with an S dot info.
Librarians.info is the new home of the Children's Science Book Review. Karen has a Certificate of Professional Development in Crop Science from UIUC. CJ writes reviews for the CSBR and along with her husband, Gene K. Wong, Ph.D., are consultants, to the CSBR.
Karen has a BA in East Asian Studies and has created a web site covering East Asian Children's Books. Karen lived in Japan and Taiwan for 10 years.
Karen recently took a class on Storytelling with an emphasis on folklore so she added Folklore Resources to Librarians.info. Karen's next project is a job's web site because she graduated in May and is looking for a job in a library. Karen and CJ are redesigning OFM's web site.
